This agreement is a legal contract between you and Windows VPN (referred to as the 'Service Provider') regarding downloading, installing, accessing, and using the App and related network connection services.
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you are deemed to have read and agreed to this agreement. Without authorization, you may not copy, modify, decompile, reverse engineer, resell, rent, or remove trademarks, copyright notices, or security markings from the App or any part of it. Intellectual property rights related to the App belong to the Service Provider or its licensors. To maintain service quality, we may adjust features, plans, or fees and will provide reasonable notice where appropriate. Users are responsible for device security and account credentials; jailbreaking, rooting, or weakening system protections is not recommended.
This Service may integrate necessary third-party services, such as Google Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. When using related features, you may also be subject to those providers' terms of service and privacy policies.
Service availability depends on your device status, network environment, and carrier connection quality. The Service Provider is not responsible for failures caused by unpaid service, data limits, weak signals, device settings, or third-party network outages. Use outside Wi-Fi may generate mobile data charges. Roaming fees and bill-payer authorization are the user's responsibility.
Users are responsible for their own use and must comply with applicable laws and regulations. Although we work to provide accurate node status, route information, and feature descriptions, some information may be affected by third-party services or network changes. For compatibility and security, the App may release updates from time to time, and you agree to install the latest version when necessary. The Service Provider reserves the right to adjust, suspend, or terminate parts of the Service within a reasonable scope; after termination, related usage licenses will expire.
Subscription and Digital Service Refund Policy

No-refund principle: Once digital services, subscription benefits, or software licenses are activated and delivered, sales are generally final and not eligible for no-reason refunds.
Pre-purchase evaluation: We encourage users to test the free version, demos, or trial allowance before purchase to confirm the client, nodes, and device environment meet their needs.
Customer support: If you experience installation, connection, or account issues, contact the support team first so we can assist with troubleshooting.
Technical issues: If isolated technical problems affect service use, we will prioritize fixes, configuration guidance, or alternative routes. A technical issue alone does not automatically create refund eligibility.
Unauthorized use: Refunds will not be provided if accounts, licenses, or digital benefits are shared, resold, abused, or used for unauthorized purposes.
Policy changes: We may update this refund policy for business or compliance reasons. Updated terms take effect after publication on the website.
